Let’s be clear – I do not have time to edit your work. If you need an editor, I happily recommend Clicking Keys Writing Services, or Devil in the Details Editing. Both of these folks are excellent editors and reasonably priced.
Here are the things that I can do, and I do them well and reasonably priced.
Ebook conversion – If you have trouble making decent-looking ebooks out of MS Word, Pages, or RTF files, I can hook you up. Basic formatting for Amazon & ePub files will run you $50. If you need a lot of images, or your book is over 150,000 words, we will adjust this rate based on time spent. You must have a correctly sized cover already created for your book. If you need assistance with a cover, I will recommend a cover artist for you. But you should probably do that on your own. If you still use WordPerfect, I’m not touching your files.
Print Book Creation – Basic print book creation for the sizes listed below – $50

5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″
6″ x 9″
If you need complex formatting, or require a different size, I will happily refer to someone else.
Ebook & Print Bundle – $75 – I will create a PDF, .mobi (Amazon Kindle) and .ePub file for your book.
Timeline – Usually about two weeks from the time payment is received. If you need it faster, there will be a $25 rush charge for 10 days, and a $50 rush charge for 7 days.
Ebook upload – I will upload the information you already have to Amazon directly, and to Draft2Digital or Smashwords, aggregators that will send your books to all other ebook stores. $50 for the first platform, $25 per platform after that. So if you want one book uploaded to Amazon, Smashwords, and Draft2Digital, it will cost $100. You must already have accounts with all the sites you want me to upload your book to. You must already have your blurb written and ready to go. This is a data entry gig, not a creative gig. I’m just here to help you navigate the waters of the internet.
Ebook Platform Setup – $25 per platform. I will set up your Amazon account, or your Draft2Digital account, or whatever.
Newsletter Setup – $25/hour – I’ll get you set up with MailerLite, the service that I use, and I will create good-looking landing pages, confirmation pages, and welcome emails for your newsletter. I will also create nice banners for your newsletter, and import a CSV file of people who have already signed up for your list. Minimum 4 hour charge. This stuff takes a while, and I end up playing a lot more in Photoshop to make it happen than you’d expect.
Social Media Setup – $25/hour, minimum 4 hour charge – I will set up a Twitter account, a Facebook author page, and a Hootsuite account for you, and I will link them together. I will not set up your website. If you would like other social media platforms set up, it’s $25/hour.
